Mi chiamo Marzia Brugnoli, fotografa con base a Roma, e sono nata a Roma nel 1992.

Uso la fotografia per esplorare il rapporto tra immaginario e verità, come uno strumento per interrogare le mie convinzioni e osservare ciò che si muove tra l’apparenza e l’intimità.
L’esperienza della maternità mi ha avvicinata a una ricerca più profonda sulla femminilità, sui ruoli di genere e sulle sfumature delle relazioni umane.

Dopo aver conseguito una laurea triennale allo IED di Roma, ho proseguito la mia formazione negli Stati Uniti, dove ho iniziato a esplorare anche il linguaggio del cinema.
Oggi vivo e lavoro a Roma come fotografa in ambito pubblicitario e docente presso la Scuola di Design della Comunicazione dello IED.

My name is Marzia Brugnoli, a Rome-based photographer, born in Rome in 1992.

Photography allows me to explore the relationship between imagination and truth, as a tool to question my own beliefs and observe what moves between appearance and intimacy.

Motherhood has brought me closer to a deeper exploration of femininity, gender roles, and the nuances of human relationships.

Following my Bachelor's degree at IED Rome, I continued my studies in the United States, where I also began exploring the language of cinema.

Today, I live and work in Rome as an advertising photographer and teaching at the IED School of Communication Design.
